My approach to nutrition and wellness is simple, I educate and empower my clients to make healthy changes that create positive habits for long term success. My client-centered approach provides customized nutrition guidelines that embody evidence-based research and mindful eating techniques.

Consultation

This complimentary 15-min consultation will help me assess your nutrition concerns.  Nutrition services are personal, confidential and customized to your specific needs. All sessions are conducted on Zoom or over the phone with notes documented for your reference.

90 Minute Virtual Session

A comprehensive analysis of medical history, nutrient needs and intake, discuss lifestyle and physical activity, identify nutrition concerns, nutrition education, meal planning and customized attainable personal goals.

6, 8 & 12 Week Programs

The hardest part is getting started! Let me help you create a confident and peaceful relationship with food.  My programs include the full nutrition assessment plus weekly sessions to monitor progress and make adjustments. We’ll also collaborate on weekly cooking/recipes tips, grocery store planning and nutrition education. You will be held accountable to your goals!
